Hi, I’m Jennifer Sicotte, a highly-organized, growth-minded marketing and communications professional with more than 20 years experience in measuring brand effectiveness, providing creative direction and developing integrated marketing campaigns. 

I excel at advising executives, business owners and senior management on marketing, communication strategies and brand management. But more than telling, I can actually do everything I recommend. (Seriously. Check out my skillset.)

And marketing is nothing without data. I believe in continually optimizing campaign performance to ensure marketing tactics meet or exceed KPIs.

I’ve been managing teams since the analog days. While my approach has changed over the years, I still live by one golden rule: Never ask anyone to do anything I wouldn’t do myself. Some call it servant leadership. I call it working together for a common goal.

As a creative, team work is essential, and I lead my crew with an open ear and open arms.

The best way to avoid missteps is to stay way ahead of the game, and it’s my number one goal every day. I’m always looking to the future, staying on the cutting edge of emerging trends, and taking the time to analyze and track past results so we can shift accordingly. While I pride myself on marketing instincts, data is queen in the marketing world, and I rely on it to drive all decisions.

FLEXIBILITY & EXPERIENCE

In marketing, every day is different, and I adapt easily to changing priorities or customer needs. Strategy, video production, content writing, internal communications, PR, media buying, graphic design, and creative production–I’ve done it all.

I’m proudest of my recent accomplishments:

1. Managed and launched a loyalty program that grew customer visits by 25% in just 4 months.

2. Helped a non-profit raise $100k in one month during a pandemic.

3. Created content that resulted in 7 million views for Jamie Geller brands.

4. Developed a media and marketing marketing mix that led to multimillion dollar sales for the Girl Scouts of Gateway Council cookie program.

5. Implemented a social media strategy for Generation W that doubled their YouTube traffic.
